Blossom babies classes are a welcoming space where parents and babies learn, grow and blossom together.

Babies are learning from the moment they are born (and before), whilst parents are busy adapting to, and learning about life with a new baby. At Blossom Babies we understand this process. The combination of sensory adventures, baby yoga, massage, parachute play, singing, signing, and other activities have been carefully chosen with not only your babies wellbeing and development in mind, but also yours as a parent.

Each week is a new sensory adventure filled with opportunities for learning. Each activity is clearly explained. We give guidance on reading your babies cues so that you can understand what baby is trying to tell you, as well as teaching simple baby sign language that can alleviate frustration in the early months and years. Our aim is to make the classes, interactive and fun, as well as educational and informative.
Our Tower Hamlet Classes take place on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday

A new fun filled adventure awaits you every week, brimming with a variety of brain building activities that will encourage your babies development in all areas. One week we could be sailing the 7 seas, the next having a baby party or we could be going on a jungle adventure!

Socialisation is crucial for babies and will pave the way for successful future relationships. Many lifelong friendships are started at Blossom Babies. Mums, dad's, grandparents and carers are all welcome to join in the fun.

Watching your baby grow and develop is such a wonderful experience. Our unique classes give you and your baby a space in which to relax and enjoy those moments together. Filled with photo opportunities each and every week, our classes are a place to create memories that you will cherish forever.
Clean, safe, fun!
We keep everything scrupulously clean at Blossom Babies. Our venues are large and airy with plenty of space and mats are regularly sanitised between sessions. You also have the option to purchase your very own ‘VIB’ (Very Important Baby) sensory kit to keep and use in class as well as at home, or to use the props we provide.
We introduce a variety of fun tummy time activities to take the stress out of tummy time and help your baby meet their milestones. Our fibre optic lights are always a hit and a great distraction for baby.
Blossom Tots
Our toddler sessions have been created to give toddlers a place where they can learn and develop their confidence, whilst having fun with their friends. Starting with our signature song, 'Wake up Toes', our toddler sessions follow a  different routine and encourage lots of interaction, movement and group participation, as well as improving listening skills, motor skills and language development. Blossom Tots is the perfect class for your little toddler.
What to expect from our Baby classes.
Classes are 45-50 minute long. We follow a familiar routine each week so that babies know what to expect and settle in quickly to the classes. Each class starts with our signature ‘wake up’ song, and follow's with a variety of fun and engaging activities that are set to a weekly theme. Every session is filled with an ever changing array of sights, sounds, textures, smells and more. One week we could be exploring a jungle theme, the next could be a party theme followed by a carnival theme. We promise a different session for a minimum 12 month cycle. We end each session with our 'Thank You' song and lots and lots of cuddles.

Once you have joined the class, you will automatically be added to our VIP (very important parent) early bird booking list, ensuring that you wont loose your space! You will also be invited to join your local WhatsApp/Facebook group. We hope to give parents a space to relax in and make new friends, whilst learning all about their amazing baby!
What to expect from our toddler
classes.
Classes are 45-50 minute's long.
Blossom Tots class is for our walking toddlers. Younger siblings welcome to attend for free if not yet walking. This class focusses on language development, listening skills, fine and gross motor skills, participation and social skills as well as incorporating music and sensory activities.
Each session begins with a familiar routine of songs and movement activities, that encourage maximum participation from the toddlers and warms them up ready to take part in our ever changing weekly theme and sequence of exciting activities.

FAQ's
My baby is almost sitting, should I choose the older age group?
Until your baby is able to sit without support, we would recommend the younger age group as the activities are both age and stage appropriate. Alternatively book our mixed age class which incorporates developmental information and positioning suitable for all babies in attendance.
I've missed the start of the term, should I wait for the next one to start?
You can start classes at anytime, even midway through a term if we have spaces remaining. Once booked on, if you enjoy the classes you will be emailed with a reminder to rebook the new term. The classes run on a 12 month cycle, each class is unique so you can keep on coming again and again.
How safe are the classes?
We have thought carefully about how we can make our classes as clean and safe as possible. We will always adhere government guidelines. We are fully insured and have robust risk assessments in place that are updated regularly. The mats you sit on will be regularly sanitised between sessions and the room's are well ventilated. We ask that you sanitise your hands upon entry and that you listen to your class leader and follow their guidance throughout the session.
Do you offer trials?
Yes, absolutely. We offer single trial sessions to all new customers. You are welcome to book a no obligation trial session for your first class.

What if I miss a class?
We are unable to give refunds for, or carry missed sessions over to a future booking.
However, at the discretion of the class leader, and depending on availability and prevailing guidelines on mixing established groups it may be possible for you to make up the missed class by attending one of our other classes. This would need to be during the current block of classes you have paid for and may not be carried over to subsequent blocks. Please check with your class leader before attending a different class.
My baby is almost walking, should I switch to the Toddler classes?
Babies are definitely much better placed in our baby sessions until they are walking independently. Our toddler classes have been created with walking babies/toddlers in mind. Once babies are up on their feet, their needs and wants change as does the developmental focus of the activities that we introduce. It is best to wait until your baby is actually up on 2 feet before making the switch to our toddler classes.
Your Class Leader's
Anna Simmons
You will undoubtably receive a warm welcome from Anna when you first arrive at classes. Anna has been working alongside parents and babies from newborn to 15 months old for the past 8 years and it is a role she absolutely adores. During that time she has worked with over 3200 babies and parents and run a variety of successful classes in East London and Bexley. In 2018 she had the pleasure to run a number of classes on the London Eye as part of a promotion with Time Out Magazine and was also interviewed by the Huffington Post to answer the question, 'Why is sensory play so important for babies?'
She is a very experienced member of our team and brings her own personality and flair to the classes. She is also trained in Baby Massage, Baby Yoga (Hands on Babies) & is studying British Sign Language. She is, DBS checked, has attended a baby first aid course, and is fully insured.

Class4Kids is an online booking platform (www.classforkids.co.uk). Where you submit your details via this booking system, the data is available to Blossom Babies, Class4Kids and with whom you make your booking for the particular class or service you have chosen. In this instance each of these parties are joint Data Controllers for the data you provide.
Information you submit via other methods in relation to Blossom Babies including, but not limited to Blossom Babies branded social media accounts, messaging apps, email or telephone will also be jointly controlled by Blossom Babies and the individual class leader who may be party to those communications.
